When you register and submit ideas through the Innovation Challenge portal, we collect your name, email address, department, job title, and submission content. This information is used solely for administering the competition and communicating with participants.
How We Use Your Data
Your information is used to manage your account, process submissions, facilitate judging, and communicate competition updates. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties outside of Cascadia Healthcare.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. Access to submission data is restricted to authorized innovation team members and assigned judges.
Data Retention
Submission data is retained for the duration of the competition and up to two years following the awards ceremony for reference and follow-up development. Account information is retained as long as you maintain an active Cascadia Healthcare employee account.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting the innovation team. Deleting your account will withdraw any active submissions from consideration.
