1. Eligibility

The Cascadia Healthcare 2026 Innovation Challenge is open to all current full-time and part-time employees. Contractors and temporary staff may participate with written manager approval. Members of the innovation team and judges are not eligible to submit entries.

2. Submission Guidelines

Submissions must be original work. Each participant may submit up to three individual entries. Team submissions (up to four members) are unlimited per person, with a maximum of five team memberships. All submissions must be completed through the official portal by the published deadline.

3. Intellectual Property

By submitting, participants grant Cascadia Healthcare a non-exclusive license to evaluate, develop, and implement the submitted idea. Original creators retain attribution rights and will be involved in any development of their idea.

4. Judging Criteria

Submissions are evaluated on five equally weighted criteria: innovation and originality, impact potential, feasibility, strategic alignment, and presentation quality. Each criterion is scored on a scale of 1 to 10. Judges' decisions are final.

5. Prizes

Prizes include funding awards, mentorship opportunities, and the chance to present at the Leadership Summit. Prize amounts and details are announced on the Awards page. Prizes are subject to applicable tax withholding and reporting requirements.

6. Code of Conduct

All participants must adhere to Cascadia Healthcare's code of conduct and values. Submissions must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or confidential third-party content. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any entry that violates these standards.
