How It Works
From idea to impact in just three steps!
Step 01
You Submit
Describe your idea. Tell us all about the problem it solves, how it solves it, a bit about how it could be implemented and the impact you expect it to have.
Step 02
We Review
Our innovation team will screen all ideas for feasibility, estimated impact and value, as well as its alignment with our strategic goals. Accepted ideas will be moved forward as finalists!
Step 03
We Select
Then, we'll choose the most innovative ideas, score them all, and award cash prizes to the top three innovative ideas.
Prizes & Recognition
Top innovators will be recognized and rewarded at our annual Leadership Summit.

Disclaimer: This FAQ is not a contract. Please read the Idea Submission Agreement (the “Agreement”). If this FAQ conflicts with the Agreement, the Agreement controls. No selection, development, compensation, or profit participation is promised unless set out in a separate written Development Agreement. Do not include PHI; PHI submissions are disqualified and referred to Compliance. Non‑exempt employees must track time spent.
